Criterii de risc intraoperator al pancreatitei în operaţiile radicale pentru cancerul gastric (profilaxia şi tratamentul)

Abstract

The problem of treatment the patients with postoperative acute panceatites in inpatient is a very difficult problem in surgical gastroenterology. The incidence of this disease is in the permanent increase, more after gastric surgery performed in the cancer. Our study group is compoused from 37 patients with gastric cancer after radical surgery. This patients was divided in a 2 big study group. The study was based on the detected the α–amilaze in the serum before surgery, during the surgery and in the first 3 days after surgery. Was studied the PAPO evolution in depended of topografic the tumor, the raport with other organs, morfologycal form and type of the surgery.

Problema tratamentului în staţionar a pacienţilor cu pancreatită acută postoperatorie este una dintre cele mai dificile în gastroenterologia chirurgicală. Incidenţa acestei patologii este în permanentă creştere, preponderent după operaţiile pe stomac, efectuate pe motiv de cancer. Grupul nostru de studiu este constituit din 37 pacienţi cu cancer gastric operaţi radical. Acești pacienți au fost repartizați în 2 grupuri mari de studiu. Studiul s-a bazat pe aprecierea indicelui α–amilazei serice preoperator, în ziua operaţiei şi în primele 3 zile postoperator. S-a studiat evoluţia PAPO în dependenţă de sediul tumorii, rapotul cu alte organe, forma morfologică și volumul intervenției chirurgicale.
