Dereglări hemodinamice în sindromul insuficienţei venoase cronice a membrelor inferioare

Abstract

In current paper is analyzes the structure of lower limb’s venous hemodynamic disorders in 50 patients with varicose veins. There were carried out the correlation between the data obtained from ultrasound imaging examination (duplex scanning), manifested clinical symptoms and quality of life (self-assessed by the ABC-V questionnaire) of patients determined by the presence of varicose veins. It was established that the evolution of varicose disease is associated with gradual progression of hemodynamic disorders, which reached its peak in patients with severe venous insufficiency.

În lucrarea de faţă este analizată structura dereglărilor hemodinamicii venoase a membrelor inferioare la 50 bolnavi cu boală varicoasă. S-a realizat corelaţia între datele obţinute în urma examenului imagistic ultrasonor (duplex scanare), simptomatica manifestată şi calitatea vieţii bolnavilor (autoevaluată prin completarea chestionarului ABC-V) determinată de prezenţa varicelor. S-a stabilit, că evoluţia bolii varicoase se asociază cu progresarea treptată a dereglărilor flebohemodinamicii, ce ating apogeul la pacienţii cu insuficienţă venoasă severă.
