Abstract:
Removal of foreign bodies may cause difficulties in endodontic retreatment. The ultrasonic
method, which was introduced in endodontics in 1960, is considered as being the most
conservative for removal of the broken posts etc. from the root canal. Thus, it allows you to save
the remaining tooth structure. Having developed our own hybrid technology after the exchange
of ideas with a few colleagues, we describe the results of our study, hoping that others may
include in their daily practice some described aspects for solving this difficult problem.
Eliminarea corpilor străini poate provoca dificultăţi în retratamentul endodontic. Metoda
ultrasonică, introdusă în endodonţie în 1960, este considerată a fi cea mai conservatoare la
îndepărtarea pivoturilor fracturate etc. din canalul radicular. Astfel, tehnica respectivă permite
salvarea structurii dentare remanente. Elaborând propria tehnică hibridă în urma schimbului de
idei cu câţiva colegi, vă punem la dispoziţie rezultatele studiului nostru în speranţa că alţii pot
include în activitatea sa practică unele aspecte descrise pentru a soluţiona această problemă
dificilă.
