Defectele cuneiforme, etiologie, clinică, tratament

Abstract

The clinic dental exam was effected at patients at the age between 17 -70 years, with a typical cuneiform teeth defect. At the first stage of disturbance patients don't have any visible clinical signs on their teeth only the hyper sensitivity to the mechanic and termic irritants. At the next stage of disturbances developing the essential damages of teeth enamel was shown. In the treatment of cuneiform defect there were used contemporary composite materials. In cases of mouth's igienic problems it was used CIS.

Examenul clinic stomatologic a fost realizat la pacienţi de o vârstă 17-70 ani cu defecte cuneiforme: la etapele incipiente fără semne obiective clinice pe dinţi,cu sensibilitate la excitanţi mecanici, termici, chimici şi la etapele cu destrucţii profunde a smalţului şi dentinei ajungând, în unele cazuri, până în apropierea camerei pulpare. În restaurările defectelor cuneiforme au fost utilizate materialele compozite contemporane, şi în cazurile de igienă defectuoasă a cavităţii bucale la pacienţi, au fost folosite CIS.
