Particularităţile contuziilor, excoriaţiilor, plăgilor contuze-lacerate în regiunea feţei şi metodele de tratament

Abstract

The most often trauma of jaw-face region is the injuries of soft tissues, which are the first in contact with traumatic agent. In facts of surgical stomatology subfaculty at SMU „Nicolae Testemitanu”, Republic of Moldova is on second place in address to surgical help, after inflammatory patologies. In facts of other authors, the traumas of soft tissues of jaw-face region is observed almost at 10% of patients, addressed to the institutions of medical stomatology. For more effective and quick treatment of injuries, we have to use the pharmacologic remedies, in form of gel, emulsy, ointment, what are made anti-inflammatory, antimicrobe, regeneratory, anaesthesiary effect. If we have the wounds, we have to do the first surgical process.

Una din cele mai frecvente traume a regiunii Oro-Maxilo-Faciale o reprezintă lezarea ţesuturilor moi, reprezentînd prima barieră în faţa agentului traumatizant (după datele catedrei Chirurgie Oro-Maxilo-Facială „Guţan Arsenie” Universităţii de Medicina şi Farmacia „Nicolae Testemiţanu” ocupă locul II după fregvenţa adresării pentru ajutor medical chirurgical, prima poziţie fiind ocupată de procesele inflamatorii). După datele altor autori traume ţesuturilor moi în regiunea Maxilo-Faciale se întîlnesc în 10% bolnavi, ce se adresează în instituţiile stomatologice. În tratamentul contuziilor ţesuturilor moi des folosite sunt preparate sub formă de gel, emulsie, unguent care au acţiune antiinflamatorie, antibacteriană, de regenerare, antialgică. În cazul plăgilor este indicat de a se efectua prelucrarea chirurgicală primară.
