Complicaţiile inflamatorii ale bolnavilor cu leziuni traumatice oro-maxilo-faciale, aspecte statistice

Abstract

Posttraumatic complications in the surgery-maxillo-facial surgery of the Ştiiţifico-National Centre for Emergency Medicine Practice during the year 2003 amounted to 3,63% of the total number of patients in the hospital once section denotes a high frequency. Patients with complications of soft tissues, amounted to 51% and 41% of the bone tissue. Increased given percentage rate given is due to late adressing to a practitioner (61,57% cases were addressed in more than 72 hours after the onset of the disease), the budget deficit and the company itself if the society imprudence. The most affected age by complications from postraumatice was within 22- 50 years with increased incidence of male sex.

Complicaţiile posttraumatice în secţia de chirurgie oro – maxilo – facială din incinta Centrul Naţional Ştiiţifico-Practic Medicină de Urgenţă pe parcursul anului 2003 au constituit 3,63% din numărul total de bolnavi spitalizaţi in secţia dată ce denotă o frecvenţă crescută. Dintre care bolnavi cu complicaţii a ţesuturilor moi au constituit 51% şi ţesutului osos 41% . Rata mărită a procentajului dat se datorează adresării tardive la medicul specialist (61,57% cazuri s-au adresat în peste 72 ore de la debutul bolii), deficitului bugetar şi însuşi imprudenţa societăţii. Vârsta cea mai afectată de complicaţii postraumatice a fost cuprinsă in limitele 22-50 ani cu incidenţa crescută a sexului masculin.
