Molarul de minte: atitudine şi conduită

Abstract

Third molar: attitude and conduct Pathology of the third molar is a current topic of stomatology because it causes frequent complications and contradictions regarding the treatment conduct. The study material consisted of a group of 486 patients treated in the Department of Oro-maxillo-facial Surgery of the National Scientific and Practical Center of Emergency Medicine in Chisinau, within 2001-2010. The obtained data help the specialists in the field in establishing the treatment tactics in the patients with M3 pathology. Keywords: third molar, inflammatory process, extraction, complications.

Rezumat Patologia molarului de minte (M3) rămîne o temă actuală a stomatologiei din cauza complicaţiilor frecvente pe care le provoacă şi a contradicţiilor în privinţa conduitei de tratament. Materialul de studiu a fost constituit dintr-un lot de 486 pacienţi trataţi în secţia de chirurgie oromaxilo-facială a Centrului Naţional Ştiinţifico-Practic Medicină de Urgenţă (CNŞPMU) din or. Chişinău, în perioada anilor 2011-2012. Datele obţinute orientează specialiştii în domeniu la stabilirea tacticii de tratament al pacienţilor cu patologia M3.
