Abstract:
Hypertensive conditions in pregnancy are a current problem and of a great importance in
obstetrics and gynecology. The study included 203 patients with hypertensive status, who were
hospitalized for treatment in obstetric wards of the IMSP SCM no.1 and ICŞDOSM and C
during the year 2010.
On the basis of the study it was established that: at 69.45% of patients the diagnosis was
established according to criteria of the National Protocol, proteinuria was determined in 79.80%
of patients, hypotensive therapy was administered correctly in 80.29% of patients, anticonvulsive
administered therapy was to 53,02%; pregnancies finished with natural birth constitutes
59.11%.
Stările hipertensive în sarcină constituie o problemă actuală şi de o importanţă majoră în
obstetrică şi ginecologie. În studiu au fost incluse 203 paciente cu stări hipertensive, care au fost
internate pentru tratament în secţiile obstetricale ale IMSP SCM nr.1 şi ICŞDOSM şi C pe
perioada anului 2010.
În baza studiului efectuat am constatat că: la 69,45% din paciente diagnosticul a fost
stabilit conform criteriilor Protocolului Naţional; proteinuria s-a determinat la 79,80% din
paciente; tratamentul hipotensiv a fost administrat corect la 80,29% din paciente; terapia
anticonvulsivă s-a administrat la 53,02%; sarcina finisată prin naştere naturală constituie
59,11%.
