Sindromul premenstrual şi sindromul de menopauză: patologii cu evoluţie consecutivă şi verigi patogenice comune

Abstract

The aim of this study was to elucidate clinic features and evolution of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and symptoms of menopause. In this study participated 165 women in peri- and postmenopause. As a result of the investigation it was established, that menopause symptoms are related to premenstrual syndrome and it becomes worse with the age and with falling of the hormonal level. Proper management of PMS and appropriate treatment can prevent the development of menopause symptoms.

Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a elucida particularităţile clinice şi evoluţia sindromului premenstrual şi sindromului de menopauză. În studiu au participat 165 femei în peri- şi postmenopauză. În studiu dat a fost stabilit, că simptomele de menopauză au legătură cu simptomele premenstruale şi se agravează treptat din cauza declinului hormonal. Astfel, conduita corectă a pacientelor cu SPM moderat/sever şi administrarea tratamentului potrivit poate preveni dezvoltarea sindromului de menopauză.
