Infecţia congenitală cu citomegalovirus

Abstract

Congenital Cytomegalovirus Infection (IC CMV) is a disease characterized by clinical polimorphism and congenital severe malformations. In Moldova, the degree of infection (seroprevalence) of people with CMV is very high - 98,2%. The clinical, diagnosis and treatment aspects of children with congenital CMV infection are described in this article. The object of the study included 39 children under the age of 1,5 years, who were hospitalized in the Municipal Children’s Infectious Diseases Hospital during 2008-2011 years.

Infecţia congenitală cu CMV (IC CMV) este o maladie caracterizată prin polimorfism clinic şi malformaţii congenitale severe. În Republica Moldova gradul de afectare a populaţiei (seroprevalenţa) cu CMV este foarte înalt - 98,2%. În acest articol sunt elucidate aspecte clinice, de diagnostic şi tratament a copiilor cu IC CMV. În studiu au fost incluşi 39 copii cu vârsta până la 1,5 ani, internaţi pe parcursul anilor 2008-2011 în Spitalul Clinic Municipal de Boli Contagioase de Copii.
