Particularităţile afectării articulare la copiii cu hemofilie din R. Moldova

Abstract

The study was performed to determine clinical and evolutionary particularities of hemophilia in general and particularly the articular damage in hemophiliac children from the Republic of Moldova. From a total of 61 patients included in the study, 55 were diagnosed with type A Hemophilia and 6 with type B Hemophilia. The severe form of the disease was determined in 23 patients, moderate form in 34 patients and mild form in 4 patients. The onset of the disease in 46 % of cases happened in the first year of life, in 87 % of cases the first symptom was the hematoma.

Studiul a avut scopul de a aprecia particularităţile clinico-evolutive ale hemofiliei în general şi ale afectării articulare în particular la copiii din Republica Moldova care suferă de această patologie. Din totalul de 61 pacienţi incluşi în studiu 55 au fost cu hemofilie A şi 6 cu hemofilie B. Forma severă a bolii a fost apreciată la 23 pacienţi, forma moderată la 34 şi uşoară la 4 pacienţi respectiv. Debutul bolii în 46% cazuri s-a produs în primul an de viaţă, în 87% cazuri primul simptom fiind hematomul.
