dc.description.abstract The gastro-esophageal flow may be silent in the digestive frame, the clinical frame being dominated by atypical indications. The most frequent atypical indications may include the pulmonary area, ORL area or cardiac area (thoracic pains, sinus irregularity). The diagnosis of the atypical forms may be sometimes difficult, because many patients may not show typical indications (such as heartburn, acid regurgitation) that may set the diagnosis. In such cases, the diagnosis tests have a high distinctiveness and it is difficult to establish the cause-effect relationship and association between the disease of gastro-esophageal flow and the atypical symptoms.
