Abstract:
This article contains the results of pre- and postoperatory examination of 39 patients (61 eyes) with high myopia who were operated in Private Eye Center “Ovisus” from 2009 to 2012. The purpose of the study was to investigate the interaction of possible factors involved in the pathogenesis of high myopia, the confirmation of the diagnosis, highlighting the opportunities for treatment and rehabilitation. The results show that minimally invasive surgical technique of lens extraction by phacoemulsification with intraocular implants placed in the capsular bag (AcrySof IQ, Acrysof Restore, Acrysof Toric etc.) proved to be the most effective method, to achieve the best vision for patients with high myopia, with contraindications to the other solutions of approaching the problem of functional rehabilitation of the eye.
În articol sunt prezentate rezultatele obţinute în urma examinării pre- şi postoperatorii a 39 pacienţi (61 ochi) cu miopia forte, operaţi în incinta Centrului oftalmologic privat Ovisus, perioada 2009-2012. Scopul studiului a fost de a investiga implicarea şi interacţiunea factorilor posibili implicaţi în patogenia MF, confirmarea diagnosticului, evidenţierea posibilităţilor de tratament şi reabilitare a pacienţilor. Rezultatele au arătat că tehnica chirurgicală miniinvazivă de extragere a cristalinului prin facoemulsificare, cu utilizarea implanturilor intraoculare de calitate, plasate în sacul capsular (AcrySof IQ, AcrySof Restore, AcrySof Toric etc.) s-a dovedit a fi cea mai eficientă metodă pentru a obţine cea mai bună vedere, la pacienţii cu miopie forte cu contraindicaţii pentru alte soluţii de abordare a problemei de reabilitare funcţională oculară.
