Utilizarea formei alotropice de oxigen în tratamentul periodontitelor apicale cronice

Abstract

The ozone possesses unique properties which are defined and are applied in biological systems also in clinic practice. Like a molecule that contains an excess of energy the ozone manifests a bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal action. Because of its unique properties, the ozone is used in stomatological practice. The intracanal use of solutions enriched in ozone nowadays it presents a contemporary method of chronic apical periodontites treatment. The process of endodotic space with ozonated saline will increase considerably the chance of success at the moment of chronic apical periodontitis treatment. The administration of serum (of solution) ozonized in periapical space also will increase the chances that the tooth will be tolerated.

Ozonul posedă proprietăţi unice care sunt definite şi se aplică în sistemele biologice dar şi în practica clinică. Ca o moleculă ce conţine un exces de energie ozonul manifestă acţiune bactericidă, virucidă şi fungicidă. Datorită proprietăţilor sale unice, ozonul este utilizat în practica stomatologică. Utilizarea intracanalară a soluţiilor imbogaţite cu ozon actualmente prezintă o metoda contemporană de tratament a periodontitelor apicale cronice. Prelucrarea spaţiului endodontic cu soluţie fiziologică ozonizată va mări considerabil şansele de reuşită în timpul tratamentului periodontitelor apicale cronice.Întroducerea serului (soluţiei) ozonizat in spaţiul periapical de asemenea va creste şansele ca dintele sa fie tolerat.
