Abstract:
Along with advancing pregnancy the placenta undergoes aging. The occurrence of III
degree of placental maturation earlier 35-37 weeks of pregnancy is considered premature
placental aging - an indicator of placental insufficiency that requires constant and careful
monitoring of the fetus. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the peculiarities of evolution of
births at term 37-42 weeks depending on the degree of placental maturation. We highlighted the
complications that occurred during these births and made a causal link between the placental
condition and complications that appeared.
nasteri si am facut o legatura cauza-efect intre starea placentelor si complicatiile survenite.
