dc.description.abstract A literary synthesis performed from 2003 to 2013 to establish the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) evaluation in adolescents and young women, the analysis links the pathogenesis of ovarian dysfunction in patients with MS and interaction components of this clinic entity with hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. Improving detection of the clinical components associated with SM allows pathogenic argued treatment, the current scientific direction with considerable practical involvement. A fost efectuată sinteza literară din 2003 până în 2013 consacrată evaluării prevalenţei sindromului metabolic (SM) la adolescente şi femei tinere, analiza verigilor de etiopatogeneză a disfuncţiilor ovariene la pacientele cu SM şi interacţiunii componentelor acestei entităţi nozologice cu axa hipotalamo-hipofizo-ovariană. Îmbunătăţirea depistării entităţilor nozologice asociate SM v-a permite tratament etiopatogenic argumentat şi prezintă o direcţie ştiinţifică actuală cu implicare practică considerabilă. en_US
