Abstract:
This article presents the studies conducted to determine the conduct ante and intranatal
pregnant women with premature birth depending on gestational age.The results were obtained in
the assessment of the particularities of gynecological, obstetrical, somatic, eredo-collateral
anamnesis and present evolution of pregnancy in 127 patients in the study group. Premature birth
remains one of the most difficult, complex and sensitive problem of modern medicine. This
problem involves branches of the increasingly diverse needs of medicine: from obstetrics and
neonatology until immunology, genetics and fundamental research and the knowledge of the
conduct will increase monitoring by specialists of these patients.
Articolul dat reprezintă un studiu efectuat în vederea determinării tacticii de conduită
ante şi intranatală a gravidelor cu naştere prematură în dependenţă de termenul de gestaţie.
Rezultatele au fost obţinute în urma evaluării particularităţilor anamnestice ginecologice,
obstetricale, somatice, eredo-colaterale şi de evoluţie a sarcinii prezente la cele 127 paciente din
lotul de studiu. Naşterea prematură rămâne a fi una dintre cele mai dificile, complexe şi delicate
probleme ale medicinii moderne. Această problemă antrenează ramuri din ce în ce mai diverse
ale medicinii: de la obstetrică şi neonatologie pâna la imunologie, genetică şi cercetare
fundamentală, iar cunoaşterea tacticii de conduită va spori monitorizarea de către specialişti a
acestor paciente.
