dc.description.abstract The are a pathological role of different forms of thrombophilia in the pathogenesis of a great number of complications of pregnancy: infertility, pre-embryonic losses, IVF failures, early miscarriages, intrauterine growth restriction, preeclampsia, premature rupture of normally located placenta, antenatal fetal death, preterm labour, stillbirth. The special role is devoted to the association of thrombophilia and endothelial dysfunction, which serve as a pathogenetic background for the progression of pregnancy complications.
