Abstract:
The study provided an examination of 80 children with essential hypertension and 31 clinically healthy children. In the present research it was estimated that hypertension evolving asymptomatic in 25% of cases and in other cases children present such complaints as headache, tinnitus and phosphenes, lightheadedness, nausea, heart pain, nosebleeds, palpitations and hot flushes. Children with hypertension more frequently had an abnormal lipid profile (high cholesterol, high LDL-cholesterol, hyper triglycerides) and a high activity of the sympathy-adrenal system, compared with healthy children.
Studiul a prevăzut examinarea a 80 de copii cu hipertensiune arterială esenţială şi 31 de copii clinic sănătoşi. În cercetarea de faţă s-a estimat că hipertensiunea arterială evolua asimptomatic în 25% din cazuri, iar în restul cazurilor copiii prezentau aşa acuze ca: cefalee, acufene şi fosfene, vertijuri, nausee, cardialgii, epistaxis, palpitaţii şi bufeuri de căldură. Copiii hipertensivi mai frecvent aveau un profil lipidic anormal (hipercolesterolemie, conţinut înalt de LDL-colesterol, hiper-trigliceridemie) şi o activitate înaltă a sistemului simpatoadrenal comparativ cu copiii sănătoşi.
