Abstract:
Drowning is defined as clinical state secondary to mechanical asphyxia while the person is immersed in a liquid, usually water, or within 24 hours of submersion. Immediate threats include afection on the central nervous and cardiovascular systems .Thus, the most critical actions in the immediate management of drowning victims include prompt correction of hypoxemia and acidosis.
Înecul este definit ca starea clinică secundară asfixiei mecanice, în timp ce persoana este scufundată într-un lichid, de obicei apă, sau în 24 de ore de submersie. Impactul imediat cu efecte de pericol vital este asupra sistemului nervos central și cardiovascular. Astfel, acțiunile cele mai importante în managementul victimelor postînec includ corectarea rapidă a hipoxemie și acidozei.
