Aspecte etiopatogenetice ale osteoartrozei mâinii şi degetelor

Abstract

Hand and finger osteoarthritis remains a heterogenous pathology considering its etiology and pathogenesis, that prevents the elaboration of the standardized efficient management plan of such patients. Therefore, in practice one should concentrate on the prevention of the modifiable risk factors, especially considering erosive form of osteoarthritis. The main modifiable risk factors include: endocrine and metabolic disturbances, mechanic stress and inflammatory joint affections. Long-lasting as well as multiple joints affections are additional risk factors for erosive hand and finger osteoarthritis development.

Osteoartroza mâinii şi degetelor rămâne o patologie heterogenă din punct de vedere etiologic şi patogenetic, ceea ce impiedică elaborare a unei conduitei eficiente standardizate a pacienţilor afectaţi. Astfel, în activitate practică este necesar de axat la prevenirea factorilor de risc cunoscuţi, în special în caz de forma erozivă a osteoartrozei deformante. Factorii principali modificabili de risc cuprind: dereglările endocrine şi metabolice, stresul mecanic şi afecţiunile inflamatorii ale aparatului articular. Afectare de lungă durată, precum şi leziuni poliarticulare prezintă factorii suplimentari de risk pentru formă erozivă a osteoartritei mâinii şi degetelor.
