DEREGLĂRILE PSIHO-VEGETATIVE LA PACIENŢII CU TULBURĂRI FUNCŢIONALE ALE SISTEMULUI NERVOS (ATAXIA PSIHOGENĂ)

Abstract

Functional symptoms are frequently encountered not only in neurological practice but also in other medical specialities. They can imitate the recognized neurological diseases, presenting a major problem today. The study was consisted in examining of 40 persons (20 - with functional disorders of NS, 10 – with organic cerebellar syndrome and 10 - healthy people). For patients with functional disorders of the NS is caracteristic the prevalence of somatization disorder, depression, anxiety and phobia.

Simptomele funcţionale sunt des întîlnite nu numai în practica neurologică dar şi în alte specialităţi medicale. Ele pot imita cele mai recunoscute patologii neurologice, prezentînd o problemă majoră în ziua de azi. Studiul a constat în examinarea 40 persoane (20 - cu tulburări funcţionale ale SN, 10 – cu sindrom cerebelos organic şi 10 – persoane sănătoase). La pacienţii cu dereglări funcţionale ale SN s-a determinat prevalenţa tulburărilor de somatizare, depresive, anxioase şi fobice.
