Abstract:
This article studies the clinical and neurological issues related to chronic demyelinating
neuropathy. Being a relatively rarely encountered disease and slowly progressive in time, it
requires a separate attitude from both patients and medical staff. Questions of particular
importance, for indigenous medical science, concern the identification of existing forms of the
atypical disease, in order to determine the principles and methods of diagnosis and treatment.
The presented study concerned the clinical examination of one case with atypical form of
pathology, along with the identification of diagnosis and treatment peculiarities.
Articolul în cauză este dedicat studiului aspectelor clinico- neurologice aferente neuropatiei
demielinizante cronice. Fiind o maladie întâlnită relativ rar şi lent progresivă în timp, necesită o
atitudine separată atât din partea pacienţilor, cât şi a colaboratorilor medicali. Identificarea
formelor atipice existente ale maladiei constituie o importanţă deosebită pentru ştiinţa medicală
autohtonă, în vederea determinării principiilor şi metodelor de diagnostic şi tratament. Studiul a
constat în examinarea unui caz clinic cu formă atipică a patologiei menţionate cu identificarea
particularităţilor de diagnostic şi tratament.
