Particularităţile meningitei bacteriene acute (MBA) la copii cu vârsta cuprinsă între 0 şi 5 ani

Abstract

Peculiarities of acute bacterial meningitis in children aged between 0 to 5 years Bacterial meningitis remain an actual problem of the world, it is registered a high incidence of cases of ill children during the infantile age with sever and extremely sever evolution. Of the studied group, the most frequently affected were children under 3 years. In these children, meningitis evolved with very serious forms, with multiforme onset of clinical picture. This study demonstrated the need of knowledge this pathology for an appropriate hospitalization and treatment.

Meningita bacteriană rămâne a fi o problemă actuală în lume, cu înregistrarea unei incidenţe crescute a copiilor bolnavi de vârstă fragedă, cu evoluţie severă şi foarte severă. Din lotul studiat, cel mai frecvent afectaţi au fost copiii cu vârsta de până la 3 ani. La aceştia , meningita a evoluat în forme foarte grave, cu un debut polimorf al tabloului clinic. Studiul dat a demonstrat necesitatea cunoaşterii patologiei date pentru spitalizare şi tratament oportun.
