Particularităţile adaptative ale organismului elevilor din instituţiile preuniversitare cu profil sportiv

Abstract

It was analyzed the grade of adaptation of the athletes from the Republican Boarding Lyceum with Sports Profile and the Municipal Lyceum with Sports Profile from the Chisinau municipality. It was found that the tense degree of adaptation had the athletes aged 16 to 17, who practiced sport for a period of up to three years. This explains why they start practicing sports at a late age and the adaptive processes of the body which devolve more tensely.

A fost analizat gradul de adaptare a elevilor sportivi din Liceul Internat Republican cu profil Sportiv şi Liceul Municipal cu profil Sportiv din mun. Chişinău. S-a constatat că gradul de adaptare încordat îl au elevii sportivi cu vârstă de 16 şi 17 ani ce practică sportul pe o durată de până la trei ani. Aceasta se explică prin începerea practicării sportului de către ei la o vârstă mai târzie şi prin decurgerea, mai încordată a proceselor de adaptare din organism.
