EVALUAREA MOTIVAŢIEI PROFESIONALE A MEDICILOR DIN SECTORUL PUBLIC DE SĂNĂTATE LA NIVEL RAIONAL

Abstract

The regional hospital sector is facing a shortage of personnel, in particular physicians, the trend evolving downward. Changes in socio-economic life and also in the activity of the health system, led to the need to undertake a series of complex motivational measures aimed at attracting and retaining human resources in the public health sector, especially in regional institutions. At the national level there is an imposing need to promote robust policies for the motivation of medical personnel in rural areas.

Sectorul spitalicesc raional se confruntă cu un deficit de personal, în special de medici, cu tendinţă continuă de agravare. Schimbările în viaţa socio-economică, dar şi în activitatea sistemului de sănătate, au determinat necesitatea întreprinderii unui complex de măsuri motivaţionale, orientate spre atragerea şi reţinerea resurselor umane în sectorul public de sănătate, în special în instituţiile raionale. La nivel naţional se impune necesitatea promovării unei politici bine fundamentate de motivaţie a personalului medical din localităţile rurale.
