Problemele colaborării intersectoriale în managementul sănătății publice

Abstract

In the scientific literature are reflected conflicting views on the forms and methods of cooperation of different structures in order to ensure quality management of public health. All this require to perform a thorough analysis of different elements in monitoring public health, the parts involved in public health management, starting with the analysis of scientific literature. As sources of information on the issue researched served 153 publications and materials collected from Internet (Pub.Med., www.who.int), and the libraries of Medical University „N. Testemitanu” and NCPH. The literature data included the following: integration of different sectors of the health system and social security, ecology, agriculture, nutrition, animal health, globalization processes, forms of collaboration.

В научной литературе отражены противоречивые взгляды на формы и методы сотрудничества различных структур в целях обеспечения качественного управления здравоохранением. Данное обстоятельство требует тщательного анализа различных элементов мониторинга здоровья населения, структур, участвующих в управлении здравоохранением, начиная с анализа специальной литературы. В качестве источников информации послужили 153 публикации, материалы, собранные из Интернета (Pub.Med., www.who.int) и библиотечных фондов Медицинского университета «Н. Teстемицану» и НЦОЗ. Были затронуты следующие направления: интеграция различных секторов системы здравоохранения и социального обеспечения, экология, сельское хозяйство, питание, здоровье животных, процессы глобализации, формы сотрудничества.
