Traumatismul rutier la copii – problemă actuală a sănătății publice

Abstract

The road traffic injuries in children are a significant burden of disease due to a considerable number of total disability adjusted life years lost by premature death and, often, severe disabilities for survivors during their life. This article reveals the analysis of road traffic injuries in children from Chisinau and data presented by Traffic Police Department of the Republic of Moldova during the last 4 years were used. As a result of the analysis of data, months, days of the week and sectors of the city where more cases of injuries and death of children have been registered, were revealed. These measures of prevention of road traffic accidents involving children were proposed.

Дорожно-транспортный травматизм у детей составляет значительное бремя болезни из-за большого числа потерянных лет жизни, преждевременной смерти и, зачастую, серьезной инвалидности на всю оставшуюся жизнь. В данной статье представлен анализ дорожнотранспортного травматизма у детей в муниципии Кишинэу, в котором использованы данные Управления Дорожной Полиций Республики Молдова за последние 4 года. В результате анализа данных были выявлены месяцы, дни недели и микрорайоны города, в которых было зарегистрировано больше случаев с травмами и смертельными исходами у детей. В результате были предложены меры по предотвращению дорожнотранспортных происшествий с участием детей.
