Экспертная оценка определения степени ограничения возможностей и трудоспособности при артериальной гипертензии

Abstract

This is a survey of literature treating on a contemporary scientific level the problems of incidence, causes, pathogenesis, classification, clinical picture with different forms and degrees of the disease development, the problems of complications and diagnosis, including the differential one. This work also examines the rehabilitation measures taking into consideration the forms, degrees and stages of the disease, the primary and secondary prophylaxis in out-patient conditions but also the problems of temporary (short or prolonged) loss of work capacity until establishing the degree of limited potentialities and working capacities, indications for employment and modified working conditions for those with arterial hypertension.

Prezenta analiză a literaturii de specialitate abordează, la nivel ştiinţific contemporan, problemele incidenţei, cauzelor, patogenezei, clasifi cării, tabloului clinic în diferitele forme şi grade de dezvoltare a bolii, problemele complicaţiilor şi de diagnosticare, incluzând diagnosticul diferenţiat. Lucrarea examinează de asemenea măsurile de reabilitare în conformitate cu forma, gradul şi faza de dezvoltare a bolii, profi laxia primară şi cea secundară în condiţii de ambulatoriu, precum şi problemele de pierdere temporară (mai scurtă sau mai îndelungată) a capacităţii de muncă până la stabilirea gradului de incapacitate de muncă limitată, indicaţii pentru angajare în câmpul muncii cu condiţii modifi cate, potrivite celor cu hipertensiune arterială.
