dc.description.abstract	Authors’ experience in surgical treatment of 33 patients with trochanteric fractures with 3-rd age and positive effects obtained (84.7%) allowed them to conclude that hip arthroplasty in unstable trochanteric fractures in elderly patients at present is an alternative to optimize functional outcomes and prevention of many local and general complications.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Проведенное хирургическое лечение 33-м больным пожилого возраста с вертельными переломами, с положительным результатом лечения в 84,7% случаев, позволило сделать вывод о том, что эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава при нестабильных вертельных переломах у пожилых пациентов на сегодняшний день является альтернативным методом лечения для улучшения движения в суставе и предупреждения множествa местных и общих осложнений.
