Managementul contemporan în tratamentul de recuperare al pacienţilor de profil ortopedic

Abstract

According to statistics during 2007 2012 disability in the Republic of Moldova continued to maintain a high level. Two groups of patients with various forms of disability were assessed in the Department of Functional Rehabilitation in Traumotology and Orthopedics. The disability resulted from orthopedic and postsurgical conditions. The patients followed recuperative treatment which aimed to analyze the impaired function of the locomotor system. At the individual level measures of the functional capacity of the locomotor system have been performed, the result being directly correlated with the goals of rehabilitation.

На основании статистических данных, в Республике Молдова, в период с 2007 по 2012 г. инвалидность продолжает сохраняться на высоком уровне. В отделении функциональной реабилитации в травматологии и ортопедии КБТО были обследованы две группы пациентов с различными формами функциональных нарушений, как осложнение ортопедических паталогий, и в послеоперационном периоде, которым было осуществлено реабилитационное восстановленение повреждений опорно-двигательного аппарата. Индивидуально было произведено изучение функциональных способностей опорно-двигательного аппарата, результатом которого была прямая взаимосвязь с целями реабилитации.
