Abstract

Taking into account the important number, the causes and circumstances of the workplace accidents, a new approach of the competitiveness through the enforcement of health and safety at work measures is needed. Legislation provides the general framework for health and safety at workplaces, risk identification and prevention and is compulsory for all enterprises. Unfortunately, the important number of the work accidents and professional diseases represent an important factor who requires careful analyze, having in view the dynamic and the change of the labour market. The prevention of the work accidents and professional diseases must represent nowadays an important objective of the enterprises, that must have in view not only the economic purpose and a higher competitiveness, but also the health and safety at work of their workers.

Учитывая большое количество аварий на производстве, их причины и обстоятельства, нам нужен новый подход к конкурентоспособности путем укрепления медикосанитарных мер и безопасности. К сожалению, большое количество несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний является важным фактором, который требует тщательной проработки с учетом динамики и изменений на рынке труда. В настоящее время профилактика травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний должно быть важной задачей предприятий, которые должны принимать во внимание не только экономические цели и высокую конкурентоспособность, но и безопасность, и здоровье на работе своих сотрудников.
