dc.description.abstract In the study is revealed the role of trigger infections in evolution of uveitis in the ankylosing spondylitis and some correlations between microbial and viral antibodies and Ag HLA B-27 ocular disturbances types. Among antibodies more frequently diagnosed in patients in this study have been anti-Chlamydia trachomatis IgG – 57.6%, anti-CMV IgG – 40,3%, anti-EBD IgG – 46,15%, anti-HSV IgG type I – 86.5%. Chronic uveal immune process has been determined by the presence of serological microbial and viral antibodies IgG but and the presense of Ag HLA B-27 that had a predictive value in patients lot A of β=9,3 (93%)±0,092; p2 0,05. en_US
dc.description.abstract В статье представлены данные, которые подтверждают роль микробных и вирусных антител в эволюции увеита при анкилозируюшем спондилите. Наеболее частыми были антитела anti-Chlamidia trachomatis IgG – 57,6%, anti-CMV IgG – 40,3%, anti-EBV IgG – 46,15%, anti-HSV тип I IgG – 86,5%. Также были выявлены коpреляции специфических антител и HLA B-27 антигена с формами увеита, что объясняет хроницизацию воспалительного увеального процесса у больных с поражением глаз при анкилозируюшем спондилите.
