dc.description.abstract The objective from this study was evaluation of clinical, biochemical and paraclinical particularities in patients with liver cirrhosis viral ethiology (CHBV, CHCV, CHB+CV, CHB+DV). It was descriptive study, based on analisis of 45 patient dates with different viral etiology. The astenic, colestatic, hepatoprive syndroms and hepatosplenomegaly were determined in all patients.The pain syndrome, jaundice, edeme, ascites, esophagus vericoses and hipersplenism were determined more frecvent in patients with cirrhosis CHB+DV etiology.We determined a high prevalence of dyspeptic syndrome in patients with cyrrhosys BV and B+CV etiology.The hemoragic syndrome and anemia were frecvently determined in patients with cyrrhosys CV and B+CV etiology. en_US
dc.description.abstract Целью исследования было выделение клинических, биохимических и параклинических характеристик, свойственных циррозу печени вирусной этиологии B, C, B+D, B+C. Авторы проанализировали проявления вирусного цирроза у 45 больных, разделенных в 4 группы согласно вирусному фактору. Астенновегетативный синдром, гепатоспленомегалия, холестаз и гепатопривный синдром были обнаружены у100% пациентов. В случае цирроза печени вирусной этиологии B+D, более характерны болевой синдром и желтуха, отеки ног, асцит, варикоз пищевода и гиперспленисм. Геморрагический и воспалительный синдромы были обнаружены гораздо чаще в случае ЦП HCV, в то время как анемия – у больных с вирусной этиологией B+C.
