In the research are presented the results of complex light-optical and electronic microscopic investigation of the nephrons in mature 40 white mice
and 40 white rats, which were located in four Carpathian regions during 2 and 4 months. One region was relatively ecologically clean one, the next two
regions presented two chemically polluted cities and the last one was the area of intensive radioactivity control. Morphometric parameters of nephrons
(the diameter of renal bullock, glomerule afferent and efferent arterioles) have been studied on histological preparations coloured with hematoxylineosin and according to Masson, and on semi fine sections coloured with 1% methylene blue solution. The electronic and microscopic study of structural
components of kidneys has been carried out by means of the microscope PEM-125 K. The correlation of these components has been established by a
factor analysis in the experiment on animals. The same type of reactions of kidney filtration and reabsorption barrier to the lower doses of radiation and
the influence of chemical mutagens has been observed. It is proved that the staying of the experimental animals in the investigated polluted areas causes
the structural changes of a compensatory and adaptive character in kidneys.
Изучены результаты комплексного и электронно-микроскопического исследования нефронов 40 половозрелых белых мышей и 40 белых
крыс, находившихся на территории четырех районов Прикарпатья – на условно экологически чистой территории, в двух химически загрязненных
городах и в зоне усиленного контроля радиоактивности – в течение 2 и 4 месяцев. На гистологических препаратах, окрашенных гематоксилинэозином и по Массону, и на полутонких срезах, окрашенных 1% раствором метиленового синего, изучены морфометрические параметры нефронов (диаметры почечного тельца, клубочковые приносящие и выносящие артериолы). Электронно-микроскопические исследования осуществлялись на микроскопе ПЕМ-125 К. В ходе эксперимента, с помощью факторного анализа, установлена взаимосвязь между исследуемыми
структурными компонентами почек у животных. Прослеживается однотипность реакций фильтрационно-реабсорбционного барьера почек
на низкие дозы радиации и влияние химических мутагенов. Установлено, что пребывание экспериментальных животных на исследуемых загрязненных территориях сопровождалось структурными изменениями в почках, которые носят компенсаторно-приспособительный характер.
