Эпидемиологический надзор за профилактической вакцинацией: перспективы развития

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to generalize the accumulated experience and determine the ways to improve the system of epidemiological surveillance of vaccination in the future. Materials and methods. The work has been done on the basis of generalized results of the author’s numerous studies concerning the implementation of epidemiological surveillance system of vaccination and the review of the data taken from Russian and foreign literature about the prospects of vaccination development. Results. The new technologies to realize the surveillance of vaccination as a measure have been presented; the basic concepts and the structure of the vaccination surveillance have been formulated; and the ways for further development have been determined. Conclusion. The surveillance of vaccination enables to provide a proactive impact on infectious morbidities as well as to ensure the flexibility of vaccination schedule and the transition from centralized control of epidemic process to the regional level.
