Informativitatea termografiei în diagnosticarea complicaţiilor procesului displazic al segmentului lombosacrat al coloanei vertebrale la copii

Abstract

Recently the interest of scientists and doctors in the diagnostic possibilities of thermography has grown and the range of its application has been extended. Degenerative processes are observed by the thermographical method, even in the absence of clinical display or x-ray imagery. However, the place of thermography in the complex diagnostics of degenerative processes has not been established, reliable thermographic criteria have not been formulated, and the value of the method in diagnosing these conditions in children has not been studied. The article presents the results of the comparative analysis of diagnostic data found through the thermographic method and data received obtained by three-dimensional volume spiral computer tomography (CT 3-D).

В последние годы интерес к диагностическим возможностям термографии возрастает, расширяется сфера диагностического применения метода. Показано, что дегенеративные процессы регистрируются методом термографии даже при отсутствии клинических проявлений и рентгенологических признаков. Однако место термографии в комплексной диагностике дегенеративных процессов окончательно не установлено, не выявлены четкие критерии, не изучены особенности и информационная ценность метода у детей. В статье представлены результаты сравнительного анализа данных диагностики, полученных с помощью термографического метода исследования, и данных, полученных с помощью CT 3-D (трёхмерная, объёмная, спиральная компьютерная томография).
