dc.description.abstract	The clinical-morphology of gingival regeneration was studied in the two stages of dental implantation using the flapless approach. Research showed that gingival regeneration is possible per sec. with the endosseous area of the implant being fully covered. The structure of gingival that covers the implant macro- and microscopically, does not differ from gingival that covers the implant when the flap approach is utilized.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Клинико-морфологически была изучена регенерация десны при установкe дентальных имплантатов по двухэтапной методике без формирования слизисто-надкостничных лоскутов. Доказано, что по такому способу возможно заживление десны вторичным натяжением с полным покрытием внутрикостного сегмента имплантата. Структура десны, заживающей вторичным натяжением, макро- и микроскопически не отличается от таковой, покрывающей имплантаты при лоскутном способе.
