Evaluarea hemostazei postextracţionale dentare la pacienţii cu un sistem hemostatic necompromis

Abstract

A study was performed with 30 patients who had their haemostatic system uncompromised whom were performed 40 tooth extractions. Analyzing received data was concluded that the endooalveolar blood clot was formed at 5-6`th minute after the extraction in 96,6% cases, one patient at 8-th minute. The presence of the contact between the blood clot and alveola margin and appearance of the retraction phenomena were considered to be the criteria of appreciating of clot quality.

В исследование были включены 30 пациентов с нормальной системой гемостаза, которым были произведены 40 зубных удалений. Анализируя полученные данные, было отмечено, что у исследованных пациентов, формирование внутрилуночкового сгустка было зафиксировано на 5-6 минуте после удаления – в 96,6% случаев; у одного пациента – на 8-й минуте. Наличие контакта сгустка с краем лунки и появление феномена ретракции сгустка являются критериями оценки его качества.
