| dc.description.abstract | The main goal of this study was the detection of T-lymphocytes (CD3 total) and their subtypes (CD4 ; CD8 ) in patients with chronic and recurrent sinusitis treated by functional endoscopic surgery and supervised treatment of the physiopathological inflammatory processes in chronic sinusitis. Immunohistochemical examinations were performed endoscopically on a group of 10 children with chronic and recurrent sinusitis. All of the children treated surgically showed the presence of T-lymphocytes and their subtypes. | en_US |
