Influenţa ozonului şi a Bio-R asupra indicilor peroxidării lipidice la bolnavii cu ulcer cornean

Abstract

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of ozone and the drug Bio-R on the indices of lipid peroxidation and total antioxidant activity in blood serum of patients with corneal ulcer. The study included 60 patients (60 eyes) with corneal ulcer. Inclusion of ozone and the drug BioR in the basic pharmacotherapy of corneal ulcer diminished the duration and intensity of the inflammatory processes, the stromal edema and subjective discomfort in the eye; improved patient’s quality of life; reduced the number of complications of this pathology 3 times; effectively increased the mobilization of body reserves and was characterized by a lack of side effects.

Цель исследования заключалась в оценке влияния озона и препарата Bio-R на показатели перекисного окисления липидов и общей антиоксидантной активности сыворотки крови больных с язвой роговицы. В исследование были включены 60 пациентов (60 глаз) с язвой роговицы. Включение озона и Bio-R в базисный состав фармакотерапии язвы роговицы позволяет уменьшить длительность и интенсивность воспалительных процессов, отек стромы, субъективное ощущение дискомфорта в глазу, что улучшает качество жизни пациентов и позволяет снизить в 3 раза число осложнений данной патологии.
