dc.description.abstract	The clinical-statistical analysis of a current pregnancy and labors in 169 women with a insulin dependent diabetes, associated with gestosis at the age of 31-35 years was carried out. We made preparations for gravidity, including a number of medical and health-improving actions, such as obstetrical. Monitoring, correction of the revealed abnormalities, gestosis therapy, normalisation biocenosis, which help to authentically improve outcomes of pregnancy and labor in women with diabetes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Был проведен клинико-статистический анализ течения беременности и родов у 169 женщин с инсулинзависимым сахарным диабетом, сочетанным с гестозом в возрасте 31-35 лет. Проведение предгравидарной подготовки, включающей ряд лечебных и оздоровительных мероприятий, акушерский мониторинг, коррекция выявленных нарушений, терапия гестоза и нормализация биоценоза, позволяют достоверно улучшить исходы беременности и родов у женщин с сахарным диабетом.
