Particularităţile troficii peretelui aortei la persoane de vârstă înaintată

Abstract

The questions under consideration in this article refer to the specific features of the aortic wall nutrition of elderly people. Particular attention has been paid to the study of the critical areas of the vessel wall. As a rule, their vastness correlates with vessel-wall thickness and age of a person, who have donated the materials for examination. Vasa vasorum and “critical areas” of aortic wall have been revealed through histological and histometric studies. The index intima/media, the thickness of vascular membrane {choroid} (internal, middle and external), and total thickness of aortic wall have been established – these are the parameters, which characterize the specific features of the vessel wall nutrition.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с особенностями питания стенки аорты у людей преклонного возраста. Обращается внимание на «критические зоны» сосудистой стенки. Как правило, их обширность коррелирует с толщиной сосудистой стенки и возрастом лиц, от которых берется материал для исследования. Vasa vasorum и «критические зоны» стенки аорты были выявлены гистологическими и гистометрическими методами. Был установлен индекс интима/медиа, а также толщина сосудистых оболочек (внутренней, средней и наружной) и общая толщина стенки аорты – параметры, которые характеризуют особенности питания сосудистой стенки.
