Afecţiunile toxico-medicamentoase ale ficatului şi rinichilor la copii

Abstract

Literature data from incidences in toxic–treatment liver disease and toxic–treatment kidney disease in children describes the increase of the drug toxicity risks including both endogenous factors (the genetic polymorphism of the enzymes involved in drugs and kidney disease) and exogenous factors (increased administration, often by parents). The diagnosis is confirmed by full investigation of the patient. The clinical case of a 16 year old patient with established drugs intoxication with NSAIDs drugs predominant Paracetamol (acetaminophen) as manifested as toxic hepatitis drugs, intersititial nephritis and acute pancreatitis confirmed by biological indicators and exploration tools.

Литературные данные подтверждают рост лекарственно–индуцированного повреждения печени и почек у детей. Этому способствуют определенные факторы риска: генетический полиморфизм ферментов, предшествующие болезни печени, почек, передозировка лекрств и самолечение, самоназначение родителями противовоспалительных нестероидных средств (НПВП). В статье обсуждается проблема лекарственной интоксикации у детей на современном этапе, возможные факторы риска. Изложен клинический случай – пациент 16 лет, госпитализирован с токсическим гепатитом, интерстициальным нефритом, острым панкреатитом на фоне ОРВИ, в результате самолечения парацетамолом и другими НПВП.
