In this report the results of the observation of 32 mother-child pairs with a diagnosis of neonatal lingering icterus are presented. The children were of
the following age: from 4 to 12 weeks and older. We studied complains, perinatal anamnesis and the mothers’ health. Children and mothers were offered
complex medical check-up including laboratory and tool methods and immunoenzymatic analyses to reveal the antibodies to the complex of TORCH
infections + Chlamidia, Mycoplasma, HbsAg. The results of the investigation proved that the main reason is the intrauterine infection of the liver, bile
removing ways and other organs by the herpes-group infections (Cytomegalovirus, Herpes virus I, II, Epstain–Barr virus and others). Also mentioned
were chronic infections nidi and burdened obstetrical anamnesis at all mothers, which is an obligatory index for the checkup of this category of women
in revealing TORCH infections before the pregnancy.
В работе изложены результаты анализа наблюдения 32 пар матерей и детей с диагнозом неонатальная затяжная желтуха. Дети были
в возрасте старше 4–х до 12 и более недель. Изучены жалобы, перинатальный анамнез, здоровье матерей. Детям и матерям проведено
комплексное медицинское обследование, включая лабораторные, инструментальные методы, в том числе иммуноферментный анализ на
выявление антител к комплексу ТОРСН-инфекций + Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, HBsAg. Результаты проведенного исследования показали, что
основной причиной затяжной желтухи в постнатальном периоде у детей является поражение печени, желчевыводящей системы и других
органов герпес-группы инфекций (ЦМВ, герпес-вирусом I и II-го типа, вирус Епштейн-Барр и др.). У всех матерей отмечали хронические
очаги инфекций и отягощенный акушерский анамнез, что является обязательным показанием для обследования данной категории женщин
на ТОРСН-инфекции до беременности.
