dc.description.abstract Summary. Medical expulsive therapy (MET) is considered to be optimal therapeutical option for distal non-impacted, uncomplicated ureteral stones (size < 10 mm). Alfa-adrenoblockers are the pharmacological basis of the expulsive therapy. In the study presented, comparative efficiency of two essential alfa-adrenoblockers (alfuzosin and tamsulosin) in treatment of distal ureteral stones is assessed. en_US
