Aplicarea principiilor consultului medical în activitatea cotidiană a medicului de familie

Abstract

One of the most important tools to ensure the success of the family doctor’s activities is communication between the doctor and patient. Human values involved in this relationship help to develop professional medicine, making it honest and attractive for the community. One might say that community confidence in medicine depends on the patient satisfaction, as individual, after a medical examination. In this study, 100 primary consultations in two Family Practice Centers (model, and typical one) have been observed and evaluated. Одним из наиболее важных инструментов, чтобы обеспечить успех деятельности семейного врача является коммуникация между врачом и пациентом. Человеческие ценности, проявляющиеся в этих отношениях, развивают профессиональную медицину, делая ее искренней и привлекательной для сообщества. Можно было бы сказать, что доверие сообщества к врачу зависит от удовлетворенности пациента медицинской консультацией. В исследовании были проведены наблюдения и оценка 100 первичных консультаций в двух Центрах Семейной Медицины (центре-модели и типичном центре). Полученные результаты показывают, что между двумя центрами применение принципов медицинской консультации существенно различаются по ряду параметров.
