dc.description.abstract In the current development of an education based on developing skills transpires need to reconceptualized and formative and summative evaluation of the results obtained at the end of any educational journey. Evaluation of steps accompanies modern teaching learning and therefore must make use of new methods, techniques and evaluation procedures. The education approach includes register new skills, develop new behaviors and specific professional skills. From these considerations and assessing update. Today is the need and ability to form self, in an open dialogue to develop a creative learning environment, designed to train competent professional staff and innovative. en_US
dc.description.abstract В текущем развитии образования на основе развития навыков выясняется, что необходимо переосмыслить формирующие и итоговые оценки результатов, полученные в конце любого образовательного процесса. Оценка сопровождает современное обучение и, следовательно, должна использовать новые методы, приемы и процедуры оценки. Образование включает в себя регистрацию новых навыков, развитие новых форм поведения и конкретных профессиональных навыков. Из этих соображений и система оценки обновляется.
