Abstract:
Summary. Simple renal cyst is a relatively frequent urological pathology that is responsible for approximately 7% of all surgical interventions in modern urology clinics. This pathology incidence is increasing simultaneously with the patient’s age. Its incidence is twice higher in women versus men. Nowadays we assist at the introduction of miniminvasive and endoscopic methods in surgery of simple kidney cyst. These modifications lead to a significant decrease in hospitalization length of corresponding patients and therefore importantly reduce the expenditures for a treated case.
