Abstract

Summary. The authors point out, based on the results of observations of 170 children aged 3 to 15 with neurogenous infravezicale malfunction. Different combinations of pollakiuri, imperative urination feelings, imperative urinary inconsistence and enuresis describe the urination disorders. Registration of the rhythm of spontaneous urinations, as well as retrograde cystometry is useful in diagnosing the form and the degree of aerodynamic disorders of the neurogenous urinary bladder.
